Do you remember the film "Top Gun"? An elegant blond is an instructor for a bunch of US Air Force pilots, and Tom Cruise falls in love with her. Alison Davis has filled that role in real life, training officers and pilots in the French Navy. Tom Cruise would certainly have fallen in love with her, if he had been there.

Alison's list of extraordinary activities continues today. She has taught in French Universities, worked as a manager in big business, run her own training programmes and served as President of an organisation that helps adults to change themselves for the better.
More recently, Alison has given her time to Youth at Risk, to guide young people out of trouble with the police. She has worked intensively with youngsters in the community and in prison, building their confidence and their ability to be successful.

In her professional life, she is helping adults and young people, as the senior Life Coach in her own company, Foundations for Living. Alison explains, "Life Coaching can help almost anyone with a personal worry or problem. People feel that things keep going wrong and they are powerless to make life better, but it is often possible to make rapid improvements. A Life Coach helps to see problems in a different way and to find new solutions, at home and at work".

With her partner from Houston, USA, she also delivers short courses to help people to select courses of study and careers that really suit them. Other courses help adults to make a fresh start in life.
